Advanced Rider Techniques Training Course

I already know how to ride a bike so why do I need training?

A 2-day course for experienced bikers, this course consists of exercises that emphasize personal risk management and road craft with emphasis in advanced cornering, braking and swerving.

Even if you’ve been riding for several years, there’s always something new to learn! In addition to making you safer and improving your survival on the road, advanced training can make motorcycling more fulfilling, enjoyable and rewarding.

The course teaches you advanced street survival skills on your own bike - sports, adventure, dual sport, cruisers and dirt bikes etc.

At the end of the course, participants should be

-More confident in the wet or on slippery roads.

-Skilfully and confidently ride over gravel or bumpy road surfaces.

-Able to deal with a bend that unexpectedly tightens up.

-Able to safely bring your bike to a halt in half the distance you think you can.

-Confidently do low speed turns or circles in the road, even two-up.

-Able to use body position to increase the stability of your bike.

-Able to understand how your bike reacts at the extremes of braking and cornering.
